After I had done that I got to go and stay at Sophia L house for the weekend.Most of the time I was there we watched castle and ate toast YUM YUM LOL:).On the sunday Sophia played a netball tournament.Her team won overall for the year 7s and Intermediate won overall YAY.

My Birthday at rainbows end

On the 5th of may I went to Auckland for my birthday I went there because my family and I wanted to go to Rainbows end.It was a great experience mostly because I have never been to a theme park before. I went on every ride that was open.The worst ride was the power surge and it made want to power barff but I guess it was kind of fun.....It was a great day until it
started pouring down with rain.My favourite ride would of had to have been the INVADER and the ROLLERCOSTER.I went on the INVADER 5 times.But we left the best till last the fare fall the only thing was was that it was closed because of lightning and thunder it was so disappointing.

Net ball trials
NETBALL!!!!
I tried out for netball I did three two and a half hour trilas in the sweltering hot sun.
I got in to the yr 7 C personally I think that is really good because there are so many girls that tried out.
My netball is on every Saturday at 10.50.For our first game out team won 14.2 it was such a great game .I am a shooter and attacker so my positions were goal shoot and goal attack I made lots of goals but my partner Paige was a great shooter and she had never been a shooter before.Monday, 29 April 2013

Where do you find it?:
Rimu trees are only found in New Zealand, they are spread throughout the country from northland through to Stewart island.
Why is it important to Māori?:
One of the reasons rimu is important to Māori is because in the old days they used it’s inner bark as a medical treatment for cuts and burns. Also they used the bitter gum to stop bleeding and the leafs of the Rimu were used on sores.
What uses does it have?:
There are lots of uses for rimu some of them are made into timber because it is very strong and is very popular in older houses. The Māori’s

the school?:
I think that Rimu is the best tree in the school because it is a canopy tree and it towers over all the rest of trees. It has strong wood and is made for a lot of things and is a very trusted wood.
My holiday at Wanganui
play on playgrounds , swing on flying foxes across rivers , fly kites and make really big huts on the beach! It was so fun going to Wanganui and getting to go on the coolest parks!!!
