To and Too

When to use the word too:
To show something extra or to express excessiveness. By replacing “too” with “also” or “excessively,” based on the situation.
Too:
When to referring to a verb in general or                                                                                                   when mentioning directions 

To express direction; to identify the recipient of something

In addition; to a higher standard                          To express direction; to identify the recipient of                                                                                         something
                               
Examples: 
Too:

1. 
I’d like some pizza too.
2. I'd like to go swimming too 
To:

4. The temperature is hot, and it is windy to.
